Return Policy
We accept the return of items within 30 days of the invoice date.
All items must be in brand new condition, with undamaged packaging.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, as well any relevant freight cost incurred to the original order (please note that even if an order is shipped as 'free freight', the cost of the freight will be deducted from the refunded amount).
All returns are subject to inspection by the distributor and if the return is rejected it is the customers responsibility to organise freight to return the item. Please note if an item is rejected and not picked up within 7 days the item will be disposed of.
If an item is incorrectly sent to you, 4x4 Lift Kits will pay for the freight cost to return the correct items.
If your delivery is damaged intransit please contact us immediately.
Refunds take approximately 5-10 days and 4x4 Lift Kits reserves the right to refund by any method available (Debit, Credit, Credit Note & Zip Pay methods) and will consider the Clients’ original method of payment as preferred method of refund. Refunded monies may take approximately 5 - 10 days by credit card or direct deposit to occur.

WHAT can be returned?
1. Items which are received in a damaged condition.
2. Incorrect items sent out by Runva.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
We need to be notified within 24 hours after receiving the items. We can then work out the best way to get the items back to our warehouse.

HOW do customers return items?
Email us for a returns authorisation. We will provide you with a number to write on the box which will ensure fast handling for credit/swap at the warehouse end.

Instore return option?
This is available by prior arrangement so the warehouse can be notified and replacement stock picked.

All items being returned must have all the original accessories and packaging straps still in place.
Returns and Refunds using Zip Pay or Zip Money
Zip Pay, Zip Money and similar Financial Services are services available for 4x4 Lift Kits website Clients. Any monetary refunds via these services will only be processed once the Client request has been approved by 4x4 Lift Kits. The Client will continue to pay any/all instalments until 4x4 Lift Kits has accepted the refund request. Once approved, the Financial Service will contact the Client regarding their payment plan details.
Warranty
The warranty that relates to each product sold by 4x4 Lift Kits is the sole responsibility of the manufacture. Warranty applies to the product only and does not cover freight, labour or any other expenses incurred to remedy any defects in a product. Reimbursements for inconvenience, labour etc. will not be paid by 4x4 Lift Kits.

The suspension components listed on kits over 50mm are for off-road use only.

All SuperPro Suspension Bushings, Sway Bars and Suspension Arms are covered by a Lifetime Warranty.
This means that if a SuperPro Product fails, it will be replaced free of charge without exception.
Because of our complete confidence in SuperPros material, design & manufacture our lifetime warranty includes off-road, track and competition use.
If you are a retail customer who has purchased a SuperPro product and wishes to claim a warranty. You must contact 4x4 Lift Kits in order to have your warranty fufilled. If you are a retail customer and contact SuperPro for a warranty they will not be able to process your warranty. You must go through the orginal purchase channel.
- Your eligibility for a claim:
- You must be the original purchaser.
- The part must be used in the specific application listed in the SuperPro Catalogue.
- What is covered?
- This warranty is limited to the replacement of the originally supplied SuperPro component.
- This warranty includes off-road and motorsport applications because SuperPro fully supports these uses!
- What is not covered?
- Product finish and normal wear are not covered.
- Ball Joints, Tie Rod Ends, & Links - are covered by a 3 Year/60,000km Warranty.
- This Warranty does not cover the labour costs of removal/ replacement nor any consequential damage, where this limitation is permitted by local law.
What to do if you have a problem?
If you have an issue with a SuperPro part, please contact 4x4 Lift Kits immediately.
- As good as SuperPro is, it cannot always make up for the shortcomings of other suspension components, so when replacing a warranty component please check the following:
- In the case of leaf spring bushes, check shackle pins, fixed pins and spring eyes for corrosion and pitting.
- Inspect other OEM suspension bushes for excessive movement, cracking and wear.
- Make sure Shocks Absorbers & Struts are in serviceable condition.
All of the above can prematurely wear a SuperPro Suspension Component and cause other issues. None of these conditions will void your warranty; correcting them will just ensure you get the best out of your SuperPro Product and let you enjoy that New Car Feel!
