Commercial Address: Commercial addresses are those defined by our freight carrier as commercial sites. Typically these addresses are zoned as commercial real estate. Most commercial sites have trailer access and / a loading dock with access to a fork lift.

Residential Address: A home or private residence, including locations where a business is operated from the home or private residence. The fact that a business is being operated from a location does not qualify it as a commercial address. Any business being operated from a home, apartment, or other dwelling where people live on the premises is considered to be a residential address.

Orders under 100kg's delivered to residential addresses include a manual handling fee, which the freight companies charge.

Orders to residential addresses with leaf springs and over 100kg incur an extra fee for a tailgate service and manual handling. Leaf spring kits are dispatched on a skid and weigh over 100kg's, a tailgate service is required unless you have a forklift to remove the order off the truck. To avoid this fee we suggest orders get sent to a commercial address that has access to a fork lift or use a TNT Depot address we can ship your order to that you can pick up the order from.

Orders to residential addresses need someone home to accept the delivery otherwise re-shipping fee's maybe charged if the order is not accepted.

Where possible to avoid this charge please use a business address or your installers business address, that has access to a forklift for orders over 100kg.
