The design of the Predator is one of the most efficient heat dissipating shock absorber designs due to the single wall construction resulting in consistent performance on & off road with sharper steering response, less body roll and improved traction.

Manufacturing
The RAW Predator shock absorber range are manufactured in Australia based on a fast acting monotube design, incorporating a unique variable flow piston to reduce body roll and rapidly respond to the terrain ahead.
The design of the Predator is one of the most efficient heat dissipating shock absorber designs due to the single wall construction resulting in consistent performance on & off road with sharper steering response, less body roll and improved traction.

Engineered for performance
The RAW Predator monotube design maintains a fine balance between comfort and control, while maintaining strength and durability:
- Increased rod diameter for extra strength and durability
- Large body size helps the shock stay cooler for longer under extreme working conditions
- Heavy duty low friction seal package, helps withstand additional side load in hard off-road conditions
- Bump cap & wiper seal designed to keep dust and grime out.
- High pressure nitrogen gas to resist shock absorber fade
- High VI index oil which provide high levels of control even at elevated damper temperature
Important Notes for setting up your Vehicle Correctly:
- When selecting Springs to suit your lift, please Select Springs only to suit Current "CONSTANT" Loads Front and Rear.
- Towing Loads are not included in your Constant Load Calculations, as they are not "Constant" Loads.
- Please do not put Occasional Loads into your "Constant" Load determinations.
- Selecting a load rating that is too heavy for your setup will result in Poor Flex Off-Road, Compromised Suspension Travel & Rough Ride, and will cause damage to your new shock absorbers and other components by pushing them outside of their intended range.
